I take on interim project management and PMO for ventures that need leadership, structure, and a steady hand. I coordinate consortium partners, maintain schedules, and ensure decisions get made – even under pressure. As an external interim project manager, I bring stability without destabilising internal processes. And if the question comes before the project – whether hydrogen is the right path at all – I work through that together with you. Horizon Europe, Clean Hydrogen Partnership, NIP, national programmes – I know the funding logic from the inside, because I sat on the other side of the table for years. I help you build watertight proposals, structure consortia to meet funding requirements, and document evidence audit-proof – from the first project outline to the final report. Securing funding is one thing. Documenting it so that it withstands scrutiny is another. Both belong together.
Sustainability and environmental management
ISO 14001, EMAS III, ESG, CSRD, VSME – integrated, not as an afterthought. I’m TÜV-certified in these areas and support you in building or developing your management system. Sustainability reporting that holds up – including under auditor scrutiny.
