“Dog, when does a pilot land?”

Tiger was still holding the piece of paper in his hand.
There was just one word on it: Pilot!?

Tuesday was all about this very moment:
A new H₂ idea has arrived.
The technology sounds exciting.
The application seems within reach.
And then comes that one question:

Are we ready for the next step?

Tiger loves moments like this.
He sees opportunities before others have even unfolded the map.

Dog likes this energy.
Very much so.

Without Tiger, many innovations in the H₂ terrain would never even exist.

At the same time, Dog has learned:
H₂ projects need patience.
Not as a brake.
As a fundamental skill.

With new technologies, enthusiasm is the driving force.
Technological maturity is the path to success.

What has already been tested?
Under what conditions?
At what scale?
With what risks?
And what is still missing for an experiment to become a robust technological milestone?

There is a term for this that comes up in many discussions: TRL – Technology Readiness Level.

Sounds technical.
It is.

At its core, though, it is about a very human question:

How much trust does this technology already carry?

Dog then says to Tiger:
“We are not slowing the idea down. We are making sure it can lead to success.”

Because an H₂ project needs
courage.
diligence.
vision.
testing.
pace.
and orientation.
