Episode 18 of the WHySE Creatures Stories

Dragon was sitting on the veranda with Horse, next to Dog.
A document lay in front of them.
It read: FEED.
Dragon sighed.
“Dog, I thought we were going to build. Now we’re planning again.”
Horse raised his head.
“That’s exactly why we need FEED.”
Horse was new to the table: the independent go-getter. He and his company build the facilities. And Horse knew that whoever is to deliver later needs clear tasks, well-defined interfaces and reliable drawings beforehand.
Dog placed the compass on the table.
“FEED isn’t just a piece of paper for the filing cabinet,” he said. “It’s the moment when a project comes of age.”
Dragon looked up.
“So before I release the funds?”
Dog nodded.
“Before you decide what you’re actually deciding on.”
